Social Media Manager / Organic Content Strategist – Bybit NL Ben jij onze nieuwe social media manager? Wij zoeken iemand die weet hoe te groeien, bouwen en kan sturen. Bij Bybit NL ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige organische content ecosysteem: van strategie tot executie, van views naar conversie. Wat je gaat doen:

• Eindverantwoordelijk voor alle organische kanalen: TikTok, X, Instagram, YouTube
• Bouwen en uitvoeren van een data-gedreven contentstrategie gericht op groei én conversie
• Schrijven van high-converting scripts die gebruikers activeren
• Aansturen en opschalen van een content team (editors, designers, creators)
• Vertalen van trends en marktontwikkelingen naar content die presteert
• Continu optimaliseren op basis van data
• Bewaken van compliance binnen alle content
• Opzetten van duidelijke rapportages en dashboards (groei, funnel, performance)
• Actief bijdragen aan de bredere growth strategie van Bybit NL

• Iemand die alleen posts plant en wacht op resultaat
• Iemand zonder ownership of urgency
• Iemand met een 9-tot-5 mentaliteit
• Iemand zonder diep begrip van crypto

Wat we WEL zoeken:

• Aantoonbare ervaring met snelle groei op social platforms
• Diep begrip van content → conversie funnels
• Sterk in copywriting en storytelling die verkoopt
• Ervaring met het managen van een content team
• Analytisch sterk: je begrijpt cijfers, funnels en optimalisatie
• Sterke kennis van crypto en de markt (Bitcoin, trading, sentiment, narratives)
• Je weet hoe je crypto content maakt die vertrouwen opbouwt én converteert
• Je denkt in opschalen, systemen en output, niet in losse posts
• Je bent proactief, direct en resultaatgedreven
