Overview of the Job

Our client is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across Germany. The role will focus on developing new business, expanding the partner network, and strengthening relationships with key industrial customers.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a territory sales strategy to achieve revenue targets within Germany.
  • Manage and expand the existing network of distribution partners and system integrators.
  • Identify and secure new channel partners and key customer accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and partners while supporting them in deploying automation solutions.
  • Lead the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers and partners.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support regional sales strategy.


Qualifications / Skills

  • Minimum 4+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within robotics, industrial automation, or related technical industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a technical sales environment.
  • Experience working with distribution partners, system integrators, or industrial customers.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to present technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly self-motivated with strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Fluent German and English required.


Other relevant information

  • Role based in Frankfurt, Germany, with a flexible hybrid working model.
  • Travel required across Germany and the wider DACH region to support customers and partners.
