Our client is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive commercial growth across Germany. The role will focus on developing new business, expanding the partner network, and strengthening relationships with key industrial customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a territory sales strategy to achieve revenue targets within Germany.
- Manage and expand the existing network of distribution partners and system integrators.
- Identify and secure new channel partners and key customer accounts.
- Build strong relationships with customers and partners while supporting them in deploying automation solutions.
- Lead the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers and partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support regional sales strategy.
Qualifications / Skills
- Minimum 4+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within robotics, industrial automation, or related technical industries.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a technical sales environment.
- Experience working with distribution partners, system integrators, or industrial customers.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to present technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly self-motivated with strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Fluent German and English required.

- Role based in Frankfurt, Germany, with a flexible hybrid working model.
- Travel required across Germany and the wider DACH region to support customers and partners.
