The Role:

We’re partnering with a well-established IT consultancy delivering high-impact projects across enterprise clients, particularly within the financial services sector.

They’re looking for a Fullstack Java Developer to work on modern, business-critical systems — combining strong backend engineering with frontend development in a client-facing environment.

You’ll be involved across the full lifecycle, from requirements through to delivery, working closely with stakeholders and contributing to scalable, production-grade solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop modern fullstack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and frontend technologies

• Work on client-facing projects, delivering robust, production-ready solutions

• Contribute to technical design and architecture decisions

• Translate business requirements into clean, scalable implementations

• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams in an agile setup

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience with Java / Spring Boot

• Fullstack experience with modern frontend technologies (e.g. Angular, React, or similar)

• Experience in consulting environments or working directly with clients

• Exposure to financial services / banking / fintech is highly beneficial

• Solid understanding of agile development and modern engineering practices

• German C1+ (mandatory) and good English

• Based in or open to working in the Frankfurt region
