Our Guadalajara Sales Hub launched 14 months ago with 4 people. We're now 50+. We're growing again, and we're looking for the next wave of people who want to grow with us.
What You'll Do
As an Outbound BDR, you're the first voice prospects hear. You'll be calling U.S. property managers, creating interest in our software, and booking demos with decision-makers. Specifically:
- Conduct outbound calls to U.S.-based property managers (cold and warm outreach)
- Qualify prospects, and book online demos for our Account Executive team
- Manage all outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline activity in HubSpot CRM
- Hit weekly activity targets and monthly demo-booked quotas (shared at interview)
What Success Looks Like
Most reps are fully ramped within 60 days. Top performers consistently hit and exceed quota — and have a clear path to grow within the company. We promote from within.
What We're Looking For
- At least 6 months of outbound sales experience (B2B preferred; strong B2C or inbound candidates welcome)
- Excellent spoken and written English — you'll be on the phone with U.S. clients daily
- Comfortable working independently and hitting targets in a metrics-driven environment
- HubSpot or CRM experience is a plus, not a requirement
- Average monthly total compensation: $2,500 USD (base + uncapped commission + accelerators)
- Top performers earn $3,500–$4,000+ USD/month
