Responsibilities
- Maintain overall accountability for customer satisfaction within an assigned territory
- Develop and strengthen long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners
- Collaborate with Microsoft field teams to grow the company’s presence in the BC region
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Generate and qualify net-new prospects
- Manage and maintain the full sales cycle, including accurate CRM documentation
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s service offerings to effectively position solutions
- Drive solution-based sales for project services and successfully close opportunities
- 5+ years of proven sales experience, with a focus on solution-based selling in project services
- Demonstrated experience managing client accounts and building long-term partnerships
- Experience acquiring net-new clients and expanding existing accounts
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft and Databricks ecosystem
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a broader team
- Competitive salary range of $92,000 – $121,000 annually + commission
