Our client specializes in AI‑accelerated delivery across MuleSoft integration, Salesforce implementation, digital labor, and data modernization. The company blends onshore expertise with offshore‑level efficiency to help clients launch AI‑powered solutions in weeks—not months.
Location: San Francisco, CA
Responsibilities:
- Establish and grow the company’s presence within the MuleSoft ecosystem in San Francisco as the primary in‑market representative
- Build and maintain strong relationships with MuleSoft and Salesforce Account Executives to drive co‑sell opportunities
- Proactively build pipeline by embedding within the Salesforce tower and generating consistent deal flow
- Own the full sales cycle, from sourcing and developing opportunities to co‑selling and closing business
- Consistently close new business within a high‑volume, shorter sales‑cycle SMB environment
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company through in‑person engagement, networking, and ongoing visibility in the ecosystem
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $95k
- Variable Commission: $95K
- Uncapped commission structure
- +Accelerators
- 0 – 100% of quota → 5%
- 100 – 150% of quota → 7%
- 150%+ of quota → 10%
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): ~$190k in Year 1
