Senior Account Manager

A growing creative medical communications agency is looking to expand its client services team with multiple hires at Account Manager, Senior Account Manager and Account Director level.

The agency is interested in speaking with experienced Account Managers, established Senior Account Managers and Account Directors looking for a collaborative, creative environment where they can play a visible role within the team.

The role

You’ll work as part of a close-knit client services team supporting the delivery of creative medical communications programmes across a range of healthcare and pharmaceutical accounts.

The agency is looking for people who are confident managing relationships, comfortable leading projects and able to contribute proactively within a collaborative agency environment.

This role will suit someone who enjoys being part of a team where ideas are encouraged, communication is open and people are trusted with responsibility.

• Experience within a medical communications, medcomms or healthcare communications agency environment
• An experienced Account Manager, Senior Account Manager or Account Director
• Strong client services and account management experience
• Someone who enjoys working closely with colleagues and clients in a collaborative setting
• A proactive approach and confidence managing projects and relationships
• An interest in creative communications and delivering high-quality work
• Strong organisational and communication skills
