Our Sales teams help to deliver Vestacy's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality brands possible in-stores and online.


Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success.


We have hundreds of salespeople across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.


About the role

Reporting into the SNAM – Ecommerce, the NAM will help champion Amazon excellence across the business. This role will work cross functionally with Marketing, Media, Finance and Category teams to help drive our 1P Vendor account business forward. This includes optimising the digital shelf, managing core fundamentals (availability, content, traffic, conversion), shaping promotional and media strategies, and leveraging Amazon insights to strengthen brand performance.


The role requires strong analytical capability, digital first thinking, operational agility, and the ability to influence both internally and externally to deliver best in class execution and category leadership.


Your responsibilities


Commercial Ownership:

  • Manage day to day Amazon vendor relationship
  • Own weekly/monthly sales, in-stock and trade spend performance
  • Execute pricing, promotions, and profitability levers within pre defined guardrails

Joint business planning:

  • Align promotion strategy to drive incremental sales growth
  • Own the launch process for all innovation from sell in, content readiness, supply and forecasting

Retail readiness and content excellence:

  • Working with the Media and brand teams, ensure accurate, complete retail readiness for product detail pages (titles, bullets, images, A+)
  • Execute content refreshes and manages Brand Store updates with internal eComm/content teams

Data, Analytics & Reporting:

  • Own weekly reporting: sales, margin, availability, media performance
  • Run post-promo reviews and identifies tactical corrective actions
  • Use Brand Analytics to support recommendations for assortment and innovation

Supply & Internal planning:

  • Manage day-to-day supply, PO health, chargebacks, and Vendor Central tickets
  • Track operational KPIs (OTIF, in-stock rate, buy box) and executes corrective actions
  • Coordinate supply chain communication on forecasts and events


The experience we're looking for

  • Degree calibre candidate with a minimum of four years Ecommerce/E-Grocery Account Management experience within FMCG sales or similar industries – Amazon Vendor Experience desired
  • Understanding of Amazon/ECommerce retail levers: Promotions, Amazon Advertising, Retail readiness
  • Hands on experience with P&L management, Joint business planning, trade spend management and forecasting and demand planning
  • Experience collaborating with eCommerce, digital marketing, and content teams on PDPs, A+ and Brand Stores
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, multi‑variable analysis)
  • Comfortable with data platforms (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, Kantar, Profitero, Helium10, or Amazon Brand Analytics
  • Ability to interpret data, extract insights, and build commercial business cases.
