What you will do:

• Prepare, review, and post journal entries and manage the month-end and year-end close processes.

• Perform detailed account reconciliations, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong internal controls in compliance with GAAP.

• Prepare financial statements (P&L and Balance Sheets) and provide detailed expense analysis to support executive decision-making.

• Coordinate external audit support and ensure all financial operations remain rigorous and transparent.

• Assist with annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Proactively identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the department.

What you will have:

• B.S. in Accounting (CPA or CPA in process preferred)

• 4+ years of general ledger accounting experience

• Strong knowledge of GAAP

• Advance technology skills

• Ability to communicate with non-finance leadership
