We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Business Developer Specialist (Semi-Senior/Senior) to support the growth and expansion of our investment company. This role is ideal for professionals with prior experience in real estate, investment firms, or banking, who are passionate about identifying opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth.


The successful candidate will play a key role in originating deals, expanding investor networks, and contributing to the company’s long-term growth strategy.


Key Responsabilities:


Business Growth & Deal Origination

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new client’s opportunities across real estate and financial markets
  • Source and structure deals aligned with company investment criteria
  • Support execution of acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic initiatives


Client & Investor Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, brokers, developers, financial institutions, and partners
  • Act as a key point of contact for prospective and existing clients
  • Develop tailored investment proposals and presentations


Market Analysis & Strategy

  • Conduct market research and financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Support the development of growth strategies and expansion plans
  • Monitor competitive landscape and industry developments


Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Work closely with finance, legal, and operations teams on deal execution

· Assist in due diligence, underwriting, and documentation processes


Pipeline Management & Reporting

  • Maintain and track business development pipelines
  • Report on key performance metrics and business outcomes


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real state, Economics, or related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in business development, investments, real estate, or banking
  • Proven exposure to deal sourcing, financial analysis, or client acquisition
  • Strong understanding of investment structures, real estate markets, or financial products
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Experience working with investment funds, private equity, or real estate firms
  • Existing network within Miami or U.S. investor and real estate markets
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Strong financial modeling and presentation skills
