Here at The Keller Group, we're working with a well-established marketing organization that's built a strong reputation for both its work and its culture. Their team is close-knit and collaborative, with a track record of delivering strong results for clients across ranges of industries and brand sizes. They're adding a key player to their Account Services team and while it's fully remote, they're looking for someone local to Phoenix to collaborate in person as a team occasionally. The ideal candidate is someone who can step in, take ownership of client relationships, and confidently work from kickoff through delivery. This isn't a delegation type of role, it's for someone who loves being actively involved… solving problems IRL, thinking strategically, and ensuring great work gets out the door.
What You’ll Do:
Be the Go-To Person for Clients
- Build strong, day-to-day relationships and become a trusted and consultative partner.
- Lead conversations about marketing campaign progress, results, and next steps.
- Identify growth opportunities to expand accounts and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Own Project & Financial Oversight
- Collaborate cross-functionally, bringing digital, media, and creative campaigns to life.
- Develop and manage timelines, deliverables, and expectations across various projects.
- Be detail-oriented, making sure nothing slips across all deliverables.
- Help shape scopes of work and keep projects aligned to budget parameters.
- Track progress, hours, forecasting, and overall project timeline.
- Partner internally and externally to ensure everything stays efficient and profitable.
- Support forecasting, billing processes, and financial tracking
Support & Mentor Team Members
- Provide direction and support to team members across all levels within the organization
- Create a team environment that's collaborative, accountable, and solutions oriented.
- Act as a resource for problem-solving and escalation
- Contribute to ongoing team development and knowledge sharing.
- Bring structure and clarity to fast-moving, deadline-driven work.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
- 8+ years of proven experience in account management within an agency environment.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and integrated campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong project management expertise across owning timelines, budgets, and scopes.
- Confidence working cross-functionally with internal and external teams.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, self-starter mindset.
