Role Overview

Building Blocks Facades is redefining architecture through cutting‑edge Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete (GFRC), Ultra‑High Performance Concrete (UHPC), and custom façade systems. Our work bridges architectural ambition with technical execution—delivering landmark façade projects through integrated design, advanced manufacturing, and disciplined installation.

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for leading façade projects from kickoff through installation, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and to Building Blocks’ rigorous quality standards. This role represents the next progression from Assistant Project Manager and requires greater ownership over schedules, budgets, client coordination, risk management, and cross‑functional alignment.

The PM ensures seamless coordination between engineering, design, fabrication, logistics, and field teams while developing strong relationships with general contractors, construction managers, architects, and developer clients.

The Project Manager is expected to operate with urgency, ownership, and precision—removing obstacles, enhancing clarity across teams, and driving world‑class execution throughout the full project lifecycle.

Documentation & Communication

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, RFI logs, submittal logs, schedules, and risk registers.
  • Ensure consistent updates across internal systems and cross‑functional teams.
  • Issue clear, timely communication and escalate risks before they become issues.

Field & Installation Support

  • Coordinate between fabrication, logistics, and field teams to ensure seamless sequencing.
  • Participate in site coordination meetings; resolve field issues with urgency.
  • Track installation progress and ensure alignment with project schedule.

Team Collaboration & Development

  • Mentor Assistant Project Managers and support their development.
  • Foster a collaborative, high‑performance team environment.
  • Set clear expectations and enforce accountability across stakeholders.
