Job Summary

We are looking for a Reporting Analyst who turns conversational and operational data into clear, actionable intelligence for measurable business outcomes. In this Product role, you will partner with Implementation, Customer Success, and Engineering to instrument AI automation deployments for healthcare workflows, define and track key KPIs, and deliver recurring and ad-hoc reporting that improves automation performance and healthcare workflow outcomes.

You will analyze interaction events across the IntelePeer platform from telephony, ASR/NLU, orchestration, and downstream systems such as EHRs, PMSs, and CRMs, to produce insights that reflect how healthcare workflows are performing end to end. You will build and maintain reusable dashboards, report templates, and standardized metric definitions, and ensure data quality through a maintained data dictionary and governance practices aligned to HIPAA and PCI requirements. Your findings will support product decisions, customer recommendations, and ongoing optimization playbooks across IntelePeer's healthcare customer base.

Responsibilities

Measurement & Reporting

  • Own the measurement plan for healthcare workflow implementations — defining goals, KPIs, success criteria, and reporting cadence for AI-driven workflow deployments across payer and provider customers.
  • Develop reusable dashboards, scorecards, and data views in Sigma that reflect end-to-end workflow performance: automation rates, containment, escalation patterns, task completion, and downstream outcomes such as authorization approvals or appointment confirmations.
  • Deliver recurring and ad-hoc reports that translate interaction and operational data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for Product, Customer Success, and customer stakeholders.
  • Contribute report templates and best-practice playbooks that accelerate measurement for new healthcare workflow implementations.

Healthcare Workflow Intelligence

  • Analyze interaction events across the IntelePeer platform — telephony, ASR/NLU, orchestration, EHR/CRM integrations — to surface how workflows are performing across prior authorization, referral management, claims status, and patient access use cases.
  • Identify patterns in automation effectiveness, intent and slot performance, call containment, and transfer rates that indicate where workflows are delivering value and where optimization is needed.
  • Develop segment-level analysis across payer, provider, and health system customer types to support targeted product prioritization and go-to-market decisions.
  • Work directly with project and customer teams to navigate data, surface relevant trends, and translate findings into clear recommendations in the context of healthcare workflow goals.

Data Quality & Governance

  • Build and maintain scalable datasets and transformations; validate data quality with proactive tests and anomaly detection.
  • Maintain the metric catalog and data dictionary, ensuring definitions stay consistent across customers, implementations, and reporting surfaces.
  • Establish best practices for monitoring and alerting on key data and metric SLAs; triage, investigate, and resolve data issues quickly.
  • Ensure all analytical work adheres to HIPAA/PHI and PCI data governance requirements in analytics contexts.

Supervisory Duties

Minimum Education And Experience

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or Industrial Engineering — or equivalent practical experience. At least three (3) years of relevant data analytics experience in product, operations, consulting, or customer analytics; contact center or conversational AI experience preferred. Experience building executive-ready dashboards and reporting artifacts for external customers or senior leadership required.

Key Competencies

  • Experience in healthcare IT, revenue cycle, appointment management, or other regulated healthcare workflow environments.
  • Familiarity with payer/provider administrative processes such as prior authorization, referral management, claims status, or patient scheduling.
  • Hands-on experience with conversational AI deployments or CPaaS platforms and their associated telemetry.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, Looker) are a plus.

Physical Requirements

  • Sedentary work lifting no more than 10 pounds.
  • Occasional lifting, carrying, and standing.
  • Frequent hand/eye coordination to operate office equipment.
