Sales Account Manager

NO SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - BUT COACHABLE AND WILLING TO LEARN!

VRG Components, Inc. is looking for driven, disciplined entry-level candidates ready to build a high-income career in technical sales.

What You’ll Do

• Learn how to sell electronic components in a structured, supported environment
• Manage national and international customer accounts
• Build long-term client relationships (not one-and-done sales)
• Work with internal teams to solve real supply-chain problems
• Negotiate deals and grow accounts over time

We teach you how to sell. What we can’t teach is work ethic.

What We’re Looking For

• No prior sales experience required
• Comfortable talking on the phone and communicating clearly
• Comfortable COLD CALLING clients and getting past gate keepers, we call internationally and stateside.
• Competitive, disciplined, and coachable
• Willing to put in the work and learn a technical industry
• Thick skin, good attitude, and consistency

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $30,000/year
• Commission: 15% of gross profit on each sale - Uncapped!
• Average rep can earn $90,000–$130,000/year
• Health/Dental/Vision/Life insurance benefits offered after 90-day probationary period

Schedule

• Monday–Friday 7am-2pm
• No nights. No weekends.
