At The Judge Group, you will play a key role in supporting mission-critical programs across Aerospace and Defense and federal sectors, partnering with leading organizations to deliver specialized engineering talent where it matters most.

The Opportunity

You will operate at the center of one of the most competitive and technically complex talent markets, recruiting for roles spanning:

• Software, Systems, Aerospace, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering
• Cleared environments (Secret through TS/SCI+)
• Emerging areas such as defense technology, autonomy, and advanced systems

This is a true impact role—with direct visibility to leadership and the ability to influence both delivery outcomes and revenue growth.

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3+ years of recruiting experience (agency or technical preferred)
• Exposure to engineering, Aerospace and Defense, or government contracting environments
• Demonstrated success engaging highly specialized or hard-to-find talent
• A competitive, performance-driven mindset with strong client and candidate engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for engineering or defense-focused organizations (aerospace, weapons systems, cyber, autonomy)
• Familiarity with prime contractors, integrators, and federal programs
• Background supporting cleared or classified talent environments
• Understanding of technical domains such as systems engineering, embedded systems, and software development
• Established network of engineering or cleared professionals
