The Impact You'll Make
- Strategic Advisory: Manage a dedicated portfolio of German SMBs, acting as their primary consultant for digital growth.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze data to design and present tailored advertising strategies that maximize client ROI.
- Commercial Growth: Drive long-term revenue and retention through proactive account management and upselling.
- Languages: Professional fluency in German (C2) and English (C1).
- Experience: 1.5+ years in Account Management, Sales, or a similar client-facing professional role.
- Expertise: A strong commercial mindset with experience in hitting KPIs and navigating CRM tools (Salesforce).
- Compensation: €24,310 – €30,000 base (DOE) + up to €4,290 performance bonus.
- Relocation: 1 month of accommodation provided to ensure a smooth transition to Barcelona.
- Growth: Official Google Ads training and clear internal career progression.
- Environment: A hybrid work model based at the World Trade Center Barcelona.
