Essential Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, including third-party partners.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach and a curious mindset to identify new business opportunities
  • Numerate and analytical
  • Educated to Bachelor´s degree level or equivalent
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English
  • Business-level competency in MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point, but also ability and interest in learning new systems and tools since we

embrace technological change

  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Previous experience from the FMCG-business is a plus

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Manage and develop existing customer relationships outside the grocery channel, which will drive mutual growth through price negotiations, assortment

and campaign recommendations based on trends and customer needs and strategies

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and channels (develop strategic plans) to increase Mars Pet Nutrition sales
  • Responsible for each customers P&L and forecast
  • Presenting strategic plans both internally and externally to customers
  • Coordinating activities and communication between internal KAMs/KAM-support and external third-party field force, including tracking of KPIs and follow

through
