Pre-sales account manager

Job Requirements:

1. Fluent in English, usable as a primary working language.

2. Prior experience in the LED industry is preferred.

3. Proficient in CAD, Photoshop, and other software.

4. Strong logical thinking and ability to work under pressure.

5. Willing to travel.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the local team in clarifying project requirements and conveying them to business colleagues.

2. Create CAD drawings based on project requirements, including display cabinet structure, wiring, and circuit structure.

3. Conduct on-site visits to understand the actual project needs of clients and provide professional advice.

4. Identify fault factors in case of customer complaints at the project site.
