Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of existing customers. Be responsible for revenue retention (NRR) and revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients. Be proficient with CXO mapping and leading CXO and Founder conversations.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of WebEngage's complex products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
- Analyze client data and usage patterns to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue from existing customers through upselling and cross-selling WebEngage product and service offerings.
- Educate clients on industry best practices and new features to maximize the value they receive from WebEngage.
- If you are someone who can find a needle in a haystack, we are looking for you to mine gold from this customer portfolio.
- 4 - 6 years of end of end Sales experience in the Martech, Adtech, B2B SaaS or B2B solutions space.
- Prior experience in the B2B sector is a requirement, while familiarity with SaaS is considered advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Marketing or Business).
- A Masters degree or MBA would be an advantage.
- Consistent track record achieving quotas/targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven with the ability to analyze and interpret large volumes of data.
- Self-motivated and driven to learn and adapt.
