We’re always looking to connect with commercially driven Account Managers who want to work closely with restaurant partners and help them grow on the platform.

Your Mission
As an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of restaurant partners and help them thrive.
- Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of restaurant partners in Vienna
- Analyze performance data and identify opportunities for growth
- Advise partners on how to optimize menus, pricing, campaigns, and operations
- Drive commercial initiatives that increase order volume and partner success
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategic discussions with partners
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support) to improve partner performance
- Ensure partners deliver the best possible experience to customers
- Experience in account management, sales, partnerships, or business development
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- A commercial mindset and ability to identify growth opportunities
- Confidence using data to support decisions and recommendations
- The ability to manage multiple partners and priorities simultaneously
- Fluency in German and English
