The Projects

Our client specializes in luxury high-rise developments across Southeast Florida and is currently delivering a landmark four tower mixed-use project near Coconut Grove. The development will feature 1,500 residential units alongside 60,000 square feet of retail space, making it one of the area’s most exciting large-scale projects.

The Role

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the project team throughout the delivery of this development, with completion anticipated in 2028. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience in a similar role who is looking to take the next step in their career, with a clear pathway to move into a Project Manager position in the next year or so.
