As an Account Manager National Sales, you will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing output-focused channel partners, as well as developing mid-sized end customers across Industry, Financial Services, and Professional Services within your assigned sales region.

Reporting line: Sales Manager National Accounts DACH

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Lexmark channel partners and Lexmark end customers within the assigned sales region
  • Proactively identify, acquire, and qualify new customer opportunities
  • Build, develop, and manage new solution-oriented channel partnerships
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses
  • Demonstrate a high level of flexibility and willingness to travel
  • Take ownership of revenue targets and budget responsibility
  • Maintain CRM databases and prepare regular reports
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor the success of marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments and cross-functional teams
  • Prepare customer proposals and customized solution concepts, involving colleagues from other departments where required

Your Profile

  • Proven success in sales with 3–5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Degree in Business Administration or completed commercial training
  • Knowledge of output solutions and document management
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions as well as ECM/DMS software
  • High level of self-motivation with a strong results- and closure-oriented mindset
  • Team-oriented, flexible, committed, and able to inspire others
  • Strong negotiation skills and reliability in meeting deadlines
  • Solid understanding of business processes and their representation in internal IT systems
  • Fluency both in German and English, written and spoken
  • Confident user of MS Office and internet-based applications
