Remedy Database Developer

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Remedy Developer to design, build, and maintain a large-scale, internal change management platform supporting customer notifications for network events impacting over 30 million users.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, develop, and maintain Remedy workflows, data flow, and messaging components
• Own end-to-end development of a mission-critical internal tool
• Work within high-volume environments, managing large-scale SQL databases (terabyte-scale, hundreds of millions of rows)
• Develop and maintain automation/scripts using Python, Bash, or Shell in a Linux environment

Qualifications:

• Strong experience with Remedy development and workflow architecture
• Expertise working with large, complex SQL databases
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or Shell scripting in Linux

Preferred:

• Experience with JIRA
