About The Role
The Key Account Executive – Amazon will be responsible for end-to-end management of Amazon accounts across India and international marketplaces. The role focuses on driving topline growth, improving visibility, managing operations, and ensuring seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders while complying with Amazon marketplace guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management & Growth
Drive revenue growth, market share, and profitability across regions.
Build and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual growth plans by marketplace.
- Listing & Content Management
Manage catalog creation, bulk uploads, variation setup, and issue resolution.
Monitor and improve search ranking, keyword performance, and discoverability.
- Advertising & Promotions
Coordinate deal events, price promotions, coupons, and seasonal campaigns (Prime Day, Great Indian Festival, Black Friday, etc.).
Track ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, and conversion metrics across regions.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Identify gaps and recommend optimization levers to improve growth and efficiency.
Monitor in-stock rates, availability, aging inventory, and chargebacks.
Must Have Skill
Experience: 1-2 years in e-commerce account management, preferably handling Amazon for a D2C brand.
Amazon Expertise: Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & Vendor Central, performance marketing, and account growth strategies.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to crunch numbers, interpret trends, and make data-driven decisions. Strong Excel and data analysis skills (pivot tables, basic formulas, reporting.
Growth Mindset: Proactive, solution-oriented, and excited to own & scale Amazon revenue.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Exposure to marketplace like Amazon
Experience in FMCG / Consumer Products / D2C brands is a plus
