Seeking a passionate Backend Developer with 0-7 years of experience to develop and maintain server-side applications and infrastructure that power web and mobile platforms. The role includes designing robust APIs, working with databases, and collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain server-side application logic and databases.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless integration.
- Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and security.
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
- Collaborate with front-end developers and team members to meet project goals.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and agile development processes.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency with Python.
- Knowledge of database management (SQL, NoSQL).
- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
- Understanding of security and data protection measures.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
Compensation: $200k-$300k + Equity
