U.S. Enterprise Account Executive

This role is not account management. It is not inbound-heavy. It is not transactional.
You will be responsible for breaking into complex, capital-intensive enterprises and creating new revenue where none exists today. Your focus will be strategic logo acquisition across Capital Infrastructure, Aerospace, Energy, and Transportation organizations managing large-scale programs and regulatory exposure.

What You Own
- Generate and close net new enterprise logos within assigned verticals
- Build strategic territory and account penetration plans
- Prospect at the executive and program level using a disciplined, multi-threaded approach
- Create urgency around risk visibility and capital program exposure
- Lead complex discovery and position Lumivero as a strategic platform investment
- Drive enterprise sales cycles including security reviews, RFPs, legal negotiation, and procurement
- Orchestrate internal teams including Solutions Engineering and Executive Leadership
- Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting
- Exceed new ARR targets through disciplined execution
- Enterprise logos added within year one
- Multi-year ARR deals with expansion potential
- Strong executive sponsorship within strategic accounts
- Predictable pipeline coverage built through proactive outbound
- 6+ years closing complex enterprise SaaS deals
- Proven ability to generate your own pipeline in strategic accounts
- Experienced selling into capital-intensive or regulated industries
- Comfortable leading C-level conversations while also earning credibility with technical buyers
- Relentless in pursuit of net new revenue
- Structured in territory planning and forecasting
- Resilient through long sales cycles and procurement complexity

Preferred Background
- Risk management, project controls, or enterprise decision software
- Experience selling to EPC firms, utilities, aerospace manufacturers, transit authorities, or infrastructure owners
- Familiarity with capital program governance and compliance frameworks
