The Opportunity
- You’ll own deals end-to-end while helping shape the commercial playbook of a category-defining business.
- This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth environments, enjoys building as well as closing, and wants meaningful ownership inside an early-stage team.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers and business owners
- Generate pipeline through proactive outbound efforts
- Convert inbound demand into long-term customer partnerships
- Collaborate closely with founders and GTM leadership
- Help refine messaging, sales process, and commercial strategy
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
Ideal Background
- 3–7 years of B2B sales experience
- Minimum 1 year as a full-cycle Account Executive
- Experience in start-up or high-growth environments
- Proven ability to generate pipeline and close deals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and pace
- Prior SDR → AE progression is highly valued
- Exposure to legal, professional services, or relationship-led industries is a plus
