Role Description

We are seeking an Account Executive in Houston, TX, for a full-time, on-site role. The Account Executive will focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans, delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs, managing the sales cycle, and providing excellent customer service. Collaboration with internal teams to design and implement material handling systems will also be a key aspect of the role.


Qualifications

  • Proven sales and business development skills, including customer relationship management and closing sales
  • Strong knowledge in material handling, automation systems, or related industries
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred
  • Experience working in industrial or manufacturing sales environments is a plus
