Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Department, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all financial transactions.
  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and MIS reports.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund allocation effectively.
  • Ensure timely filing of statutory compliances including GST, TDS, and other regulatory returns.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and vendors.
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
  • Develop and implement internal controls, accounting processes, and policies to maintain financial accuracy and data integrity.
  • Monitor expenses, analyze financial variances, and recommend cost optimization measures.
  • Supervise, guide, and mentor the accounts team to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy.


Qualifications & Skills


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (CA / MBA Finance preferred).
  • 8–10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliances.
  • Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other accounting software/tools.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
