At Havas, the Digital Account Manager will work closely with the Account or Business Director and the Head of Performance to lead the day-to-day digital operations for a number of clients.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all briefs are answered comprehensively and to an agreed timeline. You will manage input from clients’ creative partners to ensure we are developing high quality ideas and following the media implementation process across all interactive channels.

As part of our integrated Client Account Team structure you will be directly responsible for planning across connected channels and work closely with the specialist product teams (Offline/ Direct Digital / Social / Programmatic / Performance / Search / SEO / Analytics) to provide a seamless experience for our clients. You will be expected to buy media direct with digital publishers particularly where more integrated partnerships are concerned.

As a Digital Account Manager at Havas you are expected to have a basic level of experience with offline media channels, in this instance you would be working with dedicated offline traders. We are closing the gap between digital and offline and the connection between the two is vital.

Our Client Account Teams are led by a GBD and/or Client Partner, who is responsible for leading the overall communications strategy and implementation process for clients and managing workloads to ensure pressure points are shared equitably within the team. The DAM is expected to drive the digital strategy within the team, working closely with strategy and then specialist teams to bring to life our communications strategy across all digital channels.

You will also be providing day to day digital leadership and full campaign management. A strong understanding of performance digital channels is required, as well as responsibility for effectively planning and executing media campaigns to deliver against firm business objectives and KPIs such as sales and lead conversions. When required you will also be supporting on new business pitches.
