This role may be based in-office at our Headquarters in American Fork, Utah, or remote. This position requires regular travel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Role Responsibilities
- Strategic Prospecting: Identify, engage, and close new business within Fortune 1000 organizations, utilizing a consultative, value-based sales approach.
- Account Growth & Expansion: Own the full lifecycle of key accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion, upsell, and cross-sell to maximize long-term contract value.
- Executive Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep, influential relationships with C-suite stakeholders and key decision-makers across security, operations, and IT.
- Complex Deal Structuring: Lead sophisticated contract negotiations and manage multi-stakeholder procurement processes for six- and seven-figure enterprise agreements.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and exceptional client outcomes.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain high-level CRM hygiene and provide accurate forecasting through tools like Salesforce and Gong to ensure predictable growth.
- Market Leadership: Act as a brand ambassador for LVT, staying ahead of industry trends and competitive intelligence to position our Agentic AI platform as the market standard.
- Enterprise Sales Veteran: You possess 5+ years of experience in strategic sales or account management, with a verified track record in SaaS, Cloud, or Cybersecurity environments.
- Persistent Prospector: You maintain a "hunter" mentality with a high motor for activity. You are adept at high-volume outbound prospecting, utilizing cold calls, personalized emails, and social selling to break into new logos.
- Strategic Architect: Beyond just selling, you can identify key accounts and perform deep discovery to map organizational structures. You have the skills to build a comprehensive territory plan and the discipline to execute it daily.
- Proven Closer: You have a history of exceeding quotas and closing high-complexity, multi-year contracts, likely supported by accolades such as President’s Club or Top Performer rankings.
- Complex Sale Navigator: You understand the nuances of a complex enterprise sale and can navigate long cycles involving multiple business units, procurement, and technical stakeholders.
- Executive Presence: You are a master communicator who can translate technical AI capabilities into clear business ROI for C-suite and executive-level audiences.
- Self-Driven & Resilient: You thrive in high-growth environments, operating with a high degree of autonomy and a relentless work ethic while maintaining a team-first mentality.
- Tech Savvy: You are proficient with modern sales stacks (Salesforce, Gong, etc.) and can quickly master LVT’s hardware and software ecosystem.
