Role Overview

Aliste Technologies is seeking a talented and motivated Full-stack Developer with expertise in React Native, React.js, and Node.js to join our core engineering team. In this role, you'll be

responsible for building and maintaining high-performance mobile and web applications that are scalable, intuitive, and feature-rich.

You’ll work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to transform ideas into powerful digital experiences. A working knowledge of AWS (1+ years) is also essential, as our infrastructure relies heavily on cloud-based services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using React Native
• Build robust, scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to bring wireframes and mockups to life.
• Integrate with third-party APIs, SDKs, and internal systems.
• Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and speed.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and version control (Git).
• Ensure seamless deployment and monitoring using AWS services.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Full-stack or mobile development
• Strong proficiency in React Native, React.js, and Node.js
• Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience integrating and consuming RESTful APIs
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.)
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git/GitHub
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Familiarity with TypeScript
• Prior work in Agile development environments
