Key Position Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To
- Direct responsibility for the account management of specified categories on the Woolworths Account and achievement of the NSV, Trade Investment and Gross Return targets
- Key areas of focus include building the relationship between Woolworths & Kraft Heinz, developing and executing joint sales and marketing plans that deliver a win for the Consumer, Category and the Customer
- Customer focused, the NAM will need to build strong relationships multiple touch points within Woolworths including Category Managers, Heads of Trade, Category Planning and Demand
- Achieve Sales & profit targets while managing trade spend in line with targets
- Build Customer plans that are integrated with the Brand plans and deliver a benefit for the Consumer, Category, Customer and Kraft Heinz
- Deliver insight led category workshops and category reviews
- Optimise trade spend investment for the greatest Gross Return
- Negotiating promotional program including deals, frequency, display, catalogue support and retail media activation
- Executing tailored NPD launch plans
- Build and own the 12-month forecast based on scan trends and manage discrepancies with the Woolworths demand forecast
- Prior FMCG experience with a national account customer
- Preferable to have experience working with Woolworths
- Demonstrated account management and/or category management knowledge and experience
- Strong negotiation skills and financial skills
- Highly organised with ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
