Working in a Sales Account Manager role for our Pharmacy-channel at P&G means getting your own multi-million dollar business and budget to lead from Day 1. The Role

Being a Sales Account Manager in our Pharmacy channel, means you will join a dynamic multi-functional team environment in a fast-paced and constantly changing industry, with real business responsibility for iconic consumer brands. You will be tasked to develop sharp and creative business strategies for different challenges; a fast-paced landscape; and competitors. As an account manager, you will be an entrepreneur - leading a team of multifunctional resources from the front line. We are looking for someone with the ability to help us build collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Developing, selling, implementing, and evaluating business plans to meet or exceed financial goals
  • Collaborating with multi-functional teams to develop strategies and plans
  • Managing and improving distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising
  • Develop productive working relationships with key customer contacts and sell mutually effective business plans
  • Use analytical tools and integrate various data systems to develop new insights

Job Qualifications

  • Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or NZ Resident
  • A degree in commerce or a business-related discipline is preferred but not essential
  • Approximately 2 to 3 years of experience in an Account Manager role, FMCG desirable
  • Must have an Australian’s Driver's License
