This full-time, on-site Account Manager role is based in Bridgeport, PA. The Account Manager will oversee signage sales, maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identify and develop new business opportunities, and ensure consistent customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing accounts, providing exceptional customer service, generating leads, and facilitating smooth communication between clients and internal teams to fulfill their signage needs.
- Account Management and Customer Satisfaction skills to maintain and grow client relationships
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure seamless interactions with clients and colleagues
- Experience with Lead Generation and developing new business opportunities
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
- Previous experience in signage or a related field is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
