Role Summary

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for cultivating and expanding long-term relationships with our largest accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets through increased revenue, gross profit, and CNW solution implementation. The ideal candidate thrives both independently and as part of a sales team, consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Monthly: $80,000
  • Quarterly: $240,000
  • Annual: $960,000
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers within assigned Major Accounts and prospects
  • Maintain deep knowledge of product lines, business processes, and industry trends
  • Generate new revenue within existing accounts by recommending and selling tailored solutions
  • Conduct Quarterly Account Reviews and ensure timely, proactive follow-up with clients
  • Uphold a professional appearance and represent the company positively at all times
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development


Qualifications

  • Required: 2+ years Copier Industry Experience Required
  • Required: 5+ years proven track record in B2B Sales and Account Management
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Motivated, high-performing sales professional with a passion for delivering results
  • High comfort level in interfacing with C-level executives and business owners
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage assigned Major Accounts across Western Washington; frequent driving and occasional travel required
  • Executive-level administrative skills, ability to create and deliver proposals, and complete detailed documents
