What You’ll Do:
- Develop & Execute Account Strategies – Set sales targets, create growth plans, and drive results.
- Build & Strengthen Relationships – Understand client needs, foster trust, and drive partnership success.
- Grow Sales & Revenue – Identify upselling opportunities, negotiate contracts, and maximize profitability.
- Leverage Data & Insights – Analyze market trends and account performance to optimize strategies.
- Solve Problems & Resolve Conflicts – Tackle challenges with agility and strategic thinking.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-5 years in FMCG handling Modern Trade as a Key Account Manager
- Strong Negotiation Skills – Proven ability to secure favorable terms and contracts
- Data-Driven Decision-Maker – Ability to analyze insights for strategic planning
- Innovative Problem-Solver – Agile thinker who tackles challenges from multiple angles
- Results-Oriented – Track record of exceeding targets and KPIs
