We’re partnering with a rapidly growing, venture-backed technology company that is redefining how businesses operate within a large, underserved market. With strong early traction and significant momentum, the company is entering its next phase of growth and looking to build out a high-impact sales team.

This is an opportunity to join early, take real ownership, and help shape the go-to-market strategy at a critical stage.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both selling and building. You’ll be responsible for driving new business while also helping shape how the sales function evolves. The team is looking for individuals who are energized by ownership, pace, and the opportunity to influence strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through close
  • Consistently close a high volume of deals in a fast-paced environment
  • Developing and maintaining a healthy pipeline through a mix of outbound and self-sourced efforts
  • Partner closely with SDRs to convert outbound pipeline into revenue
  • Drive urgency and momentum across short sales cycles
  • Identify early expansion opportunities within new accounts
  • Contribute to refining messaging, positioning, and sales processes
  • Provide direct feedback to leadership and product teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in a high-velocity SaaS or transactional sales environment
  • 3-10 years saas sales experience
  • Strong closing ability with experience managing multiple deals simultaneously
  • Comfortable generating and owning pipeline, not reliant on inbound leads
  • High level of accountability and ownership over results
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and contribute to building processes from the ground up
  • Competitive, resilient, and execution-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly build trust

  • Ramp quickly and close your first deal within the first 30 days
  • Consistently meet or exceed quota
  • Maintain strong deal velocity and conversion rates
  • Help build a scalable, repeatable sales motion
  • Operate as a true revenue owner, not just a closer
