Elite Brands of Colorado is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Chain Account Manager to manage and merchandise our portfolio of craft beer, wine, and spirits across off premise chain accounts and select independent retailers. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in an independent, fast-paced environment and is passionate about building brands in the dynamic beverage alcohol industry.
- Proven experience in beverage sales (alcoholic beverage industry preferred)
- Strong desire to generate sales activity, close business, and merchandise product
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational, time management, and follow up skills
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Familiarity with the Central Denver marketplace and local community preferred
- Motivated to pursue new business and grow market share
- Comfortable using sales software and technology to manage accounts

The Chain Account Manager is responsible for managing and merchandising assigned off premise chain accounts and select independent retailers within the Central Denver territory. This role focuses on driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers, developing new business opportunities, and executing competitive sales strategies. Responsibilities include writing and processing orders using sales software, ensuring accurate pricing and product availability, merchandising accounts to maximize visibility, and utilizing point of sale materials. The Chain Account Manager regularly visits accounts, conducts staff training, in store tastings, hand selling, and events, and creates customized proposals to meet customer needs. This position requires staying current on market trends, product updates, and industry developments, resolving customer concerns promptly, maintaining organized account records, and effectively utilizing company leads. Early mornings, weekends, and frequent travel within the territory are required, and all duties must be performed with professionalism as a representative of Elite Brands of Colorado.
Qualifications
- Experience in beverage sales (alcoholic beverage industry preferred)
- Proven ability to drive sales, close business, and grow accounts
- Strong merchandising and product placement skills
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organization, communication, and follow up skills
- Proficient with sales software and technology
- Knowledge of the Central Denver market preferred
- Flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within territory
