Sales, Artistry & Education Account Executive, Denver

This role is open to candidates based in the Denver metropolitan area and reports to the Regional Sales Manager of Artistry & Education - Central.
Responsibilities:
- Train retail store teams on product attributes, ingredients, and application technique; lead by example by displaying ILIA’s core values
- Act as a liaison between ILIA and our retail partners, namely in-store and regional leadership
- Build & develop a strong, results-driven freelance artistry team
- Analyze & maintain regional sales reports and freelance performance ROI
- Maintain clear communication with HQ and accounts
- Calculate and achieve seasonal and monthly goals for the territory by store
- Work at the store level to rectify inventory discrepancies and escalate trends to field leadership
- Understand retailer specific cultures and modify approach to achieve success
- Develop event activation programs to increase brand presence in critical doors and ensure proper execution
- Drive business in region through creativity, education, and field strategy
- Build and maintain strong strategic partnerships with internal and external business partners resulting in increased understanding of the business and category
- Leverage your negotiation skills to secure opportunities to increase brand awareness and visibility in region
- 3-5 years’ cosmetic sales experience in an account executive or management role or as an experienced account coordinator
- Experience working with ULTA required
- Excellent organization and communication skills; written, verbal and presentation
- Intermediate proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule – weekends & holidays required
- Ability to speak to a group, inspire and motivate teams with previous experience managing & developing a freelance team
- Ability to work collaboratively and build positive & effective business partnerships
- Proactive, self-motivated individual with high level of energy and motivation
- Experience or exposure to working with Sephora required
- Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- $75,000-$85,000 USD*

- This is the anticipated salary range for this position. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a few factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
