The Software Developer is tasked with designing, developing, testing, and supporting business applications using the Microsoft Power Platform on a fixed-term or project-based basis. This assignment partners with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions that automate processes and improve operational efficiency.

Key Tasks

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).

• Build and manage workflows and automations using Power Automate.

• Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Integrate applications with data sources such as Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL Server, and Excel.

• Develop and manage custom connectors and APIs as needed.

• Test, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.

• Document solutions and provide knowledge transfer as required.

• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and Power Platform best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Strong understanding of data integration and relational databases.

• Experience with Microsoft services such as SharePoint, Dataverse, and Power BI.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (Power Apps Developer Associate preferred).

• Experience with Azure services, REST APIs, and custom connectors.

• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS for advanced customizations.

• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
