We’re looking for an Account Executive who’s part thinker, part doer, and all problem-solver. We’re looking for someone who thrives on relationships, believes in creative solutions, and takes pride in helping clients feel confident about their business security.
What You’ll Do
1. Build Relationships That Drive Growth
● Bring in new business through existing clients, new leads, and your own creative outreach.
● Connect through cold calls, networking events, LinkedIn, in-person visits, and your personal network.
● You’re constantly thinking ahead by planting seeds, following up, and looking for the next opportunity to help a business feel more secure.
● We believe nothing beats a handshake and a smile. You’ll visit businesses, bring products (and maybe Lunch), and make real connections.
2. Understand Client Needs and Create Smart Solutions
● Conduct on-site visits to fully understand client needs and document details for our technical team.
● Take clear photos, write detailed notes, and develop project objectives that make installations seamless and profitable.
● Identify existing systems, and creatively design the right technology solutions.
3. Develop and Present Proposals
● Translate client objectives into formal proposals using our quoting software (DoveNet).
● Collaborate with internal Project Managers and technical teams to ensure proposals are accurate, efficient, and aligned with client expectations.
● Deliver quotes promptly (within 5 business days) and follow up professionally to close deals. You will need to know how to balance persistence without pressure.
● Celebrate every “yes” and learn from every “no.”
4. Oversee the Project Lifecycle
● Once awarded, you’ll ensure a smooth handoff to the project team where you will confirm project details, timelines, and client expectations.
● Maintain visibility on project progress so you can confidently communicate with clients and our internal teams.
● Ensure client satisfaction with documentation, testing, training, and warranty follow-through.
● When projects are complete, confirm billing and ensure credit is applied.

Requirements
● 5+ years of sales experience in security integration or related technology field.
● Driver’s License required; willingness to travel up to 50%.
● Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
● Proven record of prospecting, building, and maintaining customer relationships.
