- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently to communicate with Indonesian speaking customers.
- Experience managing a business portfolio in business development, customer relationship and servicing.
- Experience with business techniques including effective questioning and objection handling.
- Ability to influence stakeholders thought leadership.
- Ability to think about issues and develop recommendations and action plans.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin fluently to support mandarin speaking customers.
- Ability to work seperately and manage multiple projects, with excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
In this role, you will work with customers in digital natives to help protecting and growing in-quarter business, identifying customers needs and translating the objectives into action through campaign implementation, optimization and troubleshooting, product adoption and core account hygiene.

Responsibilities
- Leverage the understanding of advertising to manage customers in digital natives.
- Identify customer needs and translate the objectives into action through campaign implementation, optimization, campaign expansion, product adoption and account hygiene.
- Craft and execute a plan for managed accounts, identify the right solutions to meet the business objectives.
- Enhance campaigns according to customer needs in order to promote long-term growth and help to troubleshoot on customer issues.
