🚀 Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Stockholm - Hybrid

Salary: 35,000 SEK

OTE: 50,000 SEK

🎯 What you’ll be doing

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting
  • Build pipeline by booking high-quality meetings for the sales team
  • Engage decision-makers via phone, LinkedIn, email, and other channels
  • Understand customer needs and contribute to the deal from first contact
  • Research and identify target organisations across relevant industries
  • Manage your own outreach, follow-ups, and daily structure across tools


✅ What we’re looking for

  • Early in your career and motivated to become excellent in sales
  • Post-secondary education or experience in sales, service, or similar
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and systems
  • Strong interest in technology and SaaS
  • Fluent in Swedish (written & spoken)
  • Confident using the phone as a primary tool
  • Background in sports is a plus
