💼 Position: MidMarket/Enterprise Account Executive
🌐 Location: 5 days onsite in NY
💰 Compensation: $120k-170k, 50/50 (dependent on experience)
I’m leading the search for a high-growth fintech company building an AI-driven platform that automates the back-office. They Categorizing, reconciling, and recognize revenue - so that finance teams spend their time reviewing and approving data rather than entering it.
Core Experience Requirements:
• 3–7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
• Strong new business / hunting background
• Experience carrying $700K-1M quota
• Experience selling to Finance, Accounting, CFOs, Controlers
Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly relevant:
• Financial workflow automation
• ERP software
• Fintech infrastructure or payment-related platforms
• Vertical SaaS selling into operational or finance teams (AP/AR/Billing/RevRec)
Can you?:
• Self-source a meaningful portion of their pipeline (30–60%+ outbound)
• Are comfortable prospecting into CFOs, Controllers, and finance leadership
• Can articulate a structured outbound motion (accounts → personas → messaging)
• Thrive in early-stage environments without heavy enablement or established playbooks
• View ambiguity as an opportunity and are excited to help build GTM motion
• Have experience with translating technical, complex technology into value prop
Nice-to-Have Background
• Experience at Series A–B startups or early GTM teams
• Demonstrated career progression and performance consistency
• Domain exposure to financial operations, ERP ecosystems, or finance automation
