该职位来源于猎聘 Responsible for managing and growing sales of Automotive Global OEM and Tier1 in GC. Builds long-term client relationships, meets sales targets, negotiates contracts, and ensures high customer satisfaction in the automotive industry. Responsibilities:
- Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for vehicles, accessories, financing, and after-sales services.
- Develop and execute account plans to expand revenue from existing and new clients.
- Conduct market analysis to identify sales opportunities and competitive trends.
- Client & Account Management
- Manage a portfolio of corporate, fleet, dealer, and key retail accounts (Volkswagen / Renault /BMW / Mercedes-Benz)
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and visits.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable vehicle models, financing, and service packages.
- Resolve client inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Business Development
- Prospect and acquire new corporate and fleet accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotions, events, and campaigns for target accounts.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, volume agreements, and delivery terms with clients.
- Operations & Administration
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, contracts, and sales reports.
- Update CRM system with client information, interactions, and sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with logistics, finance, service, and inventory teams to ensure smooth delivery and handover.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market conditions.
- Customer Satisfaction & Retention
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales and post-sales process.
- Follow up with clients after delivery to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain brand standards and professional service quality. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience in automotive sales, account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle models, specifications, financing, and industry practices.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with automotive OEMs, Tier1s.
- Understanding of electric vehicles (EVs) and sustainable mobility solutions.
