Job Summary
As an Account Manager, you own the oversight of client projects by leading and monitoring our 360° Communication Campaigns. In this role, you bridge the gap between clients and our internal teams, ensuring each project meets our highest quality standards and clients’ satisfaction.
Supervisory Responsibility
You supervise and mentor a team of 2-3 members including Intern, Executive, or Senior Executive, ensuring consistent service delivery. Your role will be pivotal in providing strategic direction, performance feedback, and ongoing support for your subordinates to foster their professional growth.
Job Responsibility
- Lead and take all responsibility for managing the IMC projects – from receiving briefs and developing strategies and plans to executing daily tasks and reporting.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the client's goals and expectations, providing expert consultation to drive their business growth. Cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships as a trusted business partner.
- Monitor all project activities, ensuring all outcomes are delivered at the greatest quality and aligned with client standards.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients. Regularly provide them with performance and status reports. Proactively and promptly address any issues that may arise.
- Support on additional projects and tasks as assigned.
Required Skills/ Abilities
- Act as an active and trustworthy advisor with a client-centric attitude.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities with proficiency in both English and Vietnamese.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrate effective planning and data analysis skills.
- Proven leadership and organizational capabilities with a high sense of ownership and responsibility.
Experience and Education
- Have 4-5 years of working experience in the Advertising and Communication industry.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Account Manager or in a similar supervisory role managing IMC campaigns.
- Have comprehensive through-the-line experience and rich experience in handling a wide range of industries, experience with Japanese brands/ clients is an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of brand communication.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
