Key Account Management Assistant (Modern Trade/FMCG) - H&B and Minimart

Job Description

1. Planning & Execution

• Collaborate with the Key Account Manager (KAM) to implement business plans and promotional programs for sales teams and supermarket partners.
• Plan and execute customer care activities, arrange store visit schedules, and ensure successful in-store events and activations.

2. Analysis & Reporting

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze sales data from the Modern Trade (MT) channel.
• Prepare periodic reports to evaluate sales performance, promotional effectiveness, and provide recommendations for business improvement.

3. Operations & Support

• Coordinate closely with internal departments including Marketing, Logistics, and Sales to ensure smooth business operations.
• Monitor and promptly resolve issues related to customers and field sales teams.

Job Requirements

• Experience in the FMCG industry with strong knowledge of the Modern Trade (MT) channel.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in sales systems and DMS software.
• Candidates with experience in Online/E-commerce operations in the Health & Beauty industry are highly preferred.
• Good communication, organizational, and execution skills.
• Previous experience as an MT Sales Supervisor or above is preferred.
