Strategic Account Executive – Technology Staffing & Solutions


We are hiring an experienced Account Executive—a proven staffing sales professional with a passion for developing new client relationships, delivering consultative solutions, and driving revenue growth. This position is domiciled in the Los Angeles Area and offers the opportunity to make a measurable impact while growing your career in a high-performance, people-first organization.


Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 USD base salary, depending on experience, qualifications, and location plus a generous uncapped commission plan that includes first dollar calculation.

To succeed in this Sales role, you must be able to:

  • Leverage existing relationships and program insights to expand into new departments, teams, and initiatives within current enterprise accounts
  • Translate client workforce challenges into scalable professional services solutions aligned to business outcomes
  • Partner closely with internal delivery, recruiting, and consultant care teams to optimize performance while uncovering expansion and new revenue opportunities
  • Deliver compelling, consultative messaging that addresses client objections and advances both expansion and new business opportunities
  • Negotiate, draft, and manage profitable client contract agreements that support long-term growth and new engagements
  • Leverage industry expertise and market insight to help clients solve complex business challenges
  • Ensure long-term client satisfaction through proactive relationship management, while continuously building pipeline for future growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive the job fulfillment and delivery process effectively

The annual base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 USD, depending on experience, qualifications, and location plus uncapped commission. Benefits available to full-time employees include medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k), and commuter benefits.
