With 50+ team members, strong profitability, and backing from top investors (FoodLabs, Heliad, and leading tech founders), we’re entering a new phase of growth - expanding our product lines, team, and footprint. To help drive this, we’re hiring an Account Manager in our Growth Team.


Your Role


As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing and growing relationships with ChefCoco’s corporate customers. This is an early-stage role with significant ownership, direct client exposure, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact on revenue and customer experience.


You will act as the main point of contact for our clients, build trusted relationships with office managers and workplace teams, and ensure every customer interaction runs smoothly from onboarding through long-term partnership.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth launch experience while collecting early feedback
  • Build strong relationships with existing customers through regular check-ins and on-site visits
  • Monitor account health metrics including engagement, usage, customer feedback, and operational performance
  • Identify customer pain points and collaborate with Operations and Kitchen teams to continuously improve service quality
  • Proactively identify opportunities to grow and expand customer accounts
  • Ensure customers feel supported across all touchpoints and maintain a high level of satisfaction


Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing role, ideally in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales
  • Fluent in both German and English
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
  • Proactive problem solver who identifies and resolves issues independently
  • Strong communicator with the ability to turn data and feedback into actionable insights
  • Experience in B2B catering, hospitality, or food operations is a plus.
